1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Quote form. Name, WhatsApp number, email, event date, city, venue name, event type, format(s) of interest, whether you need sound/production, number of guests, and any comments you choose to write.

WhatsApp or email messages. Whatever you send us directly through those channels.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and access time for security and operation.

Analytics (only if you accept). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregated site-usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate country). See the Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for sensitive data or payment details through this site.

3. Why we use your data and legal basis

• Reply to your quote request and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual steps at your request and/or your consent when submitting the form).
• Manage the booking and coordinate the event if you hire us (performance of a contract).
• Keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest).
• Measure and improve the site with analytics (only with your consent).
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting.

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you, and we do not sell your data.

4. Who we share data with

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with your request pre-written; the message is only sent when you press “Send” in WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own policy governs that processing.
• Hosting provider (Vercel Inc.). Hosts the website.
• Formspree (Formspree, Inc.). When you submit the form, your request is transmitted to Formspree, which stores it as a log of requests and sends us a copy by email at contacto@gruband.com. Formspree acts as a data processor and is located in the United States.
• Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
• YouTube (Google), only if you press play on a video hosted there.
• Technical suppliers and musicians involved in your event, limited to what is needed to deliver the service.
• Authorities, when required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers (for example Meta, Google, Vercel and Formspree) may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where applicable we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to assist you and, afterwards, for up to [CONFIRMAR: period, e.g. 24 months] from the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example contract and billing records). After that we delete or anonymize them.

7. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection (Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13 on Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data). If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you also have the right to restrict processing, data portability and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). If you live in California you may request to know what data we hold and ask for its deletion; we do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

To exercise them, email contacto@gruband.com with your name and request. We will reply within a reasonable time and, at most, within the deadlines set by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to data) to protect your information. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is not directed to people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The site links to external services (WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube). We do not control their privacy practices; please read their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
