Start with the atmosphere
Ask yourself what you want to happen: talk and toast, or dance. To accompany conversation, a piano and voice duo or a saxophone works very well, because the music supports guests without covering them. To move from cocktail hour to the party, a trio or a quintet gives more body and rhythm.
Check the space
- Roof or shade. The band area must be covered or in shade: we do not play in direct sun because the heat affects electric instruments.
- Size and position. Decide where musicians and equipment will go, without blocking guests’ movement.
- Volume. If there are neighbors or noise rules, tell us from the start.
Decide on sound
We can bring the full production and it is what we recommend so everything sounds great and runs smoothly. You decide what to include depending on the space and the format.
Plan the timing
The standard show is offered as 2 sets of 45 minutes, but you decide the length. Between one set and the next, the break should not exceed 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Repertoire and requests
We play in English and Spanish, with a smaller repertoire in French. We accept requests when given in advance; beyond 2 songs, each additional song has a cost that depends on the piece.
How to book
Private events can be arranged faster than a wedding, depending on the time left and availability. The date is reserved with a 50% advance payment of the agreed amount. Write to us with the date, the city and the type of event.
